Round Timber Board #2

A vintage round timber wooden cheese or serving board, in a warm, mid-toned grain. The time-earned patina gives it that lived-in charm.

This large board with slatted back is perfect for serving cheese, fruits or bread, but we love to style it leaning against the kitchen splashback, with one of our other boards. It’s a timeless, functional piece.

This board was found at a gathering of professional vintage dealers in Avignon, where many of the world’s most renowned interior designers met in September to collect time worn treasures originating from the South of France.

Please note that this piece has knife marks from use, consistent with its age. It also has a split near the handle (pictured) which does not impact structural integrity. Our pieces have signs of wear. This is part of their charm. Hand wash only. Measuring approximately 60cm tall (including the handle) and 50cm wide.
