We take great care in curating unique vintage and pre-loved pieces. Each item carries its own history. Signs of age, use and wear are part of their character and are not considered faults.
Product descriptions will detail wear as clearly as possible. Please review each product description carefully and examine the photos provided before making a purchase. Due to the pre-loved nature of our pieces, we do not accept refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind.
In the unfortunate event your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing contact@plumehomeware.com.au and attach images of the damage. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
